Learn which poses have narrower or wider stances. Example: Triangle has a narrower stance than Side Angle, regardless of your height. Know if you use your right or left hand. Altering whether you open or twist your body. Self-adjust to work with any height. Placements will work for any height and flexibility. Step below or above the top foot placement. Top foot will be on the same placement for poses provided. Back foot will change angles and distances.

Sequenced to flow & become more challenging as you work your way down the mat. Sarah holds each pose for 30 seconds, totaling 9 minutes.
